About our food Fair trade and organic products are sourced when they are available and we always serve fair trade tea and coffee. We also try to source our ingredients locally; recent examples include wild trout, caught and smoked in Warwickshire and apples for fresh juices hand picked in Stourport. Some of the fruit and vegetables we use are sourced from local allotments or hand picked from vegetable patches and gardens across Birmingham. All other products are carefully sourced and hand picked by us at Birmingham markets.
About Us Ross and Andrew have been friends since childhood; they initially met causing mischief at local cub scouts events in Warwickshire. After working together at a restaurant in the late 1990’s they began to formulate their own ideas over the odd flaming Sambucca... Bohemia was born. Ross has been a chef for 12 years; he was trained in a professional capacity by a former Savoy chef and successful Midlands restaurateur. His previous experience is vast, including fine dining restaurants, weddings and corporate conferences, gastro pubs and bistros. Ross has a passion for fresh ingredients and enjoys creating modern and fusion dishes whilst using traditional and professional methods. Ross particularly enjoys working as a pastry chef and thinks he has perfected the Bohemia chocolate brownie! Andrew has previously worked in varying capacities in a number of
restaurants around the world. He has travelled much of Australasia,
Middle East, Far East and Europe studying food along the way. He has
always enjoyed working and experimenting with food and takes pleasure
in providing a friendly and ambient atmosphere for customers to enjoy
