Head chef and co-owner Ross
Parnall has been a chef for 12 years; he was trained in a professional
capacity by a former Savoy chef and successful Midlands restaurateur.
His previous experience is vast, including fine dining restaurants,
weddings and corporate conferences, gastro pubs and bistros. Ross has a
passion for fresh ingredients and enjoys creating modern and fusion
dishes whilst using traditional and professional methods. Ross enjoys
challenging himself by creating a new menu each month, meaning each
time you visit you get to try a new creation!
